Developing software and systems for use by NATO, simulating and prototyping real-life Control Tower situations, mapping and developing the ability for rail networks to increase capacity, in line with Government targets…all in a days work for the graduates employed by Graffica.
Whilst many might think that a graduate job is nothing more than making the tea and sorting the post, both graduates and under-graduates employed by Graffica are given interesting and extremely challenging projects. As part of a dedicated team, each graduate develops specific technical skills but also project and client management experience too, as they ultimately liaise directly with clients to ensure their goal is accomplished.
In the past 3 years Graffica has employed 7 graduates and each has grown with the company, increasing their roles and responsibilities in line with client and sector demands. The continuing success of Graffica, in both the air and rail traffic management arenas, means that the business is continually looking for new starters who are ambitious and driven to develop themselves, the company and the software that underpins the business.
Whilst Graffica offer all of the benefits of being a smaller organization they work with large international organizations such as EUROCONTROL, National Air Traffic Services, QinetiQ, BAE Systems, Network Rail and the European Commission, giving graduates vast experience in multiple sectors that are continuing to grow and develop at a rapid pace.
